Refund Policy

The full price of your exam specific study kit will be refunded, providing the following conditions are met:

​

1) You can provide proof that you were unsuccessful in your exam (screen shot or emailed transcript). The study kit for the specific exam will be refunded.

​

2) You purchased your study kit at least 30 calendar days before the date of your exam.
