Refund Policy

The full price of your exam specific study kit will be refunded, providing the following conditions are met:

1) You can provide proof that you were unsuccessful in your exam (screen shot or emailed transcript). The study kit for the specific exam will be refunded.

2) You purchased your study kit at least 60 calendar days before the date of your exam.

Refund Policy Conditions: Ensuring Effective Preparation with a Minimum 60-Day Requirement

At CourseTree, we are committed to providing our customers with the best resources and tools to help them succeed in their academic pursuits. Our refund policy is designed to ensure that students have ample time to thoroughly prepare for their exams, thereby maximizing their chances of success. To achieve this, we have implemented a refund qualification criterion that necessitates the purchase of study materials at least 60 days prior to the examination date.

Why the 60-Day Requirement?

The 60-day requirement is not arbitrary; rather, it is strategically set to encourage a comprehensive and organized approach to studying. By purchasing study materials well in advance, students can allocate their time efficiently, create structured study plans, and cover the curriculum thoroughly. This time frame allows for proper assimilation of knowledge, practice of exam techniques, and the opportunity to seek assistance in case of any challenges.

Deterring Procrastination and Last-Minute Rush:

One of the primary reasons for implementing this policy is to discourage procrastination and discourage students from obtaining study materials shortly before the exam. Acquiring study materials only days or hours before the exam often results in hurried and incomplete preparation, leading to suboptimal performance. By adhering to the 60-day requirement, students are prompted to commit to their studies earlier, fostering a deeper understanding of the subject matter and greater confidence during the examination.

Balancing Flexibility:

It's important to note that the 60-day requirement represents a minimum threshold. This means that if a student acquires their study kit well in advance (e.g., six months before the exam) and unfortunately does not achieve their desired results, they are still eligible for a full refund. This approach strikes a balance between ensuring students have sufficient preparation time while accommodating individual preferences and study habits.

Our Commitment to Your Success:

At CourseTree, our goal is to support students in achieving their academic aspirations. We understand that each student's journey is unique, and we acknowledge the value of time in effective preparation. By enforcing the minimum 60-day requirement for refund eligibility, we strive to foster a culture of proactive learning, diligent preparation, and optimal performance.

We believe that with the right resources and adequate preparation time, students can overcome challenges and excel in their exams. Our refund policy reflects this belief by incentivizing early preparation and contributing to students' overall success.
